Nita Nehru, Founder & Principal

Hi! I’m Nita. I founded Fable after more than 15 years working in-house at venture-backed startups, running their flagship programs, marketing and communications initiatives.

I specialize in communications and marketing for mission-driven startups and small businesses. My experience spans consumer, SaaS, and data products within the healthcare and education verticals. Some of my “greatest hits” include running marketing & community engagement programs that resulted in more than $5 million in corporate sponsorships, securing media coverage in outlets like the New York Times and Axios, and launching best-selling consumer products through my marketing and storytelling expertise.

I’ve held senior executive roles at digital health company Kinsa, pharmaceutical services company Medikly, and the international education non-profit Nanubhai Education Foundation. I hold a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s from Claremont McKenna College.

I work closely with a network of seasoned marketing and communications executives whom I bring in to lend their expertise and support as needed.

Matthew Bolden, Partner

Hi there! I’m Matt Bolden, and I specialize in product marketing, content strategy/creation, and high-conversion messaging for tech companies. I have nearly a decade of experience helping high-growth organizations launch products, create categories, and turn prospects into customers in the healthcare, life sciences, financial services, insurance, e-commerce and sustainability spaces.

My experience ranges from helping drive 110% YoY B2B SaaS revenue growth at venture-backed startup Kinsa through resonant product packaging, positioning, messaging and content, to launching the Healthcare & Life Science solutions practice at Onix, which won Google’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Partner of the Year Award over ~150 competitors within 3 years.

I’m comfortable with ambiguity, technical environments, and prioritizing revenue generation. My “superpower” is simplifying the complex. I enjoy building relationships with clients through transparency, humor, and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
